Title: Hello from northern Europe
Post by: svk on February 21, 2018, 10:29:02 PM
Hi, I'm svk. Im from the west coast of Norway.

I'm interested in all things biological and love watching things grow, both inside under my sub 50-watt lights and "outside" in my unheated greenhouse. I have been having plants and botany as a serious obsession/hobby for the past 3 years. I love learning about new plants and trying to grow them myself.

I've been doing hot peppers, tomatoes and other edible plants during the last three summers, but last year I started getting more and more involved in tropical, ethnobotanical plants & cacti.
I added some of my interesting plants to my profile.

Spring is almost here in my greenhouse and I want to share many excess seeds which otherwise would be thinned out hard or left in a dark envelope. I want to learn whatever I can about botany, ethnobotany, biology and all things science, body and mind.

Saw your wish list T. peruvianus x T. bridgesii... there are quite a lot of different varieties of those going around as many named specimens or cultivars are often crossed. I'm a cacti fan myself as you can see from this Trichocereus pachanoi of mine.
