Title: Drip Irrigation
Post by: plantlight on February 19, 2016, 09:55:56 PM
This is the drip irrigation system I use outdoors.  Since it is a tap water system and the ph is too high to be used as the main supply of water,  I only use it as backup to ensure the plants don't go dry.  It's very easy to assemble.

1.  The drip timer operates on 3 AA batteries.  It attaches like an ordinary garden hose to the outdoor tap and controls the flow of water to main tubing indicated by the blue arrow.
2.  Lots of adjustments to interval and duration of water flow.
3.  Drip tubing is attached to main tubing anywhere by poking a hole with the blue tool and using the small black connector.  Drip rate is controlled by drip attachments: red 1/2 gph, black 1gph or green 2gph.  The spike snaps on to stabilize the dripper.
4.  Everything in place.   :)
