Title: Does this look an infection of some type, or physical damage?

All of my lophs have this somewhere, even the hard grown one. From the day i got them all too. Does this look like something i should worry about? (By the way the open wound on the bigger one has cinnamon on it so it looks super red, dont worry haha...
