Datura Mandala Ginseng Seeds
Got some seeds on the way as curiousity got the better of me.
I am sure that it wont be like the picture in anyway shape or form, but what will it be?
Kinda looks like a citrus of some sort with plastic ornaments hanging off it?

Thoughts? (apart from "you just threw $5 away")

What an interesting plant!
Never heard about it... it seems a exotic fruit but what flavor you expect from it? a sugary one or some bitter taste on it? Im curious about the flower and the scent.. keep us updated!
Good luck with it!

Datura and ginseng in the same name? ???
Something doesn't seem right there....

That person's username is fauxluxury... Doesn't that mean *fake*luxury?

;) Definitely won't be as pictured or described, it is seeds from China after all....
BUT, it could be something cool?
Only one way to find out!!!
Hoping its blueberry datura or something else that looks kinda cool that I don't already have.
Probably D. stramonium, but eh, $5 gamble and I'm easily amused.
Got some cool beans from China ages ago when I bought "black peanut" seeds.
Had a picture of photo-shopped peanuts on the front of the packet and in the advert.
Turned out to be a great variety of phaselous vulgaris. Vigorous, huge crops, delicious and resistant to bean fly which is a real scourge here.
Nothing like a peanut, black or otherwise though.....

Well I got the seeds. They were labelled datura stramonium, but look nothing like it.
More like a half sized bitter melon seed?
Planting today. Fingers crossed!
