Hi everyone,
I am new here, and I am excited to get involved with the community. I live in the Ozarks mountains in Arkansas. I work for a small non-profit doing ecological restoration as a water resources engineer. Our focus is watershed restoration emphasizing stream restoration. One of my responsibilities is overseeing the native riparian plant community restoration at our project sites. I hope to learn about and gain more experience with enthnobotanically important plant species that I might use in my restoration work.
In addition to that, I am interested in permaculture and gardening more generally.
