Bought these from eBay. Are these Hawaiian baby wood roses?

ID say NO doesn't look like it, you should file for refund.. they should have brown fuzzy seed-coat.
..also it's in one of those heat-sealed bags, that probably unlabeled except SKU.# or barcode.. right?
there seems tobe a mass producer of rare cheap fake seeds, or maybe many people just doing a scam...
i once ordered 20$ of seeds at aliexpress from different sellers in China, most came in those heatseal bags,
and all those seeds were fake.
