Hello! I've just joined STS, and I'm excited to be here!

My name is Carol. I like to sing, meditate, make music, paint, and hike. I've recently become more interested in herbalism, plant teachings, and gardening. I am self-studying plant biology and mycology. I've never grown ethnobotanicals but I am growing house plants, succulents, bonsai, and some herbs right now. Taking care of plants is my way of connecting to spirituality and life forms that teach me so much about resilience and humility. Through joining STS I am hoping to learn more about the community of gardeners here and how plants influence your lives, and would love to share some of my plants/advice and learn about growing ethnobotanicals. I am looking to grow salvia and/or psychotria from cuttings.

I hope you feel quite at home, no less I hope, that once you got a grip on the currently desired plants, more plants will draw your attention :)
