Unknown psychotria
« on: September 30, 2017, 11:29:19 AM »

I have 2 different psychotria plants that I'm not too sure what kind they are. The first one has little tiny leaves and flowers and stays very short. The other ones looks kind if like my viridis except the leaves are more even, and glossy, and each of the dolmatia or espina in the back of the leaves has a double hook. I can't seem to post pictures from my phone otherwise I would

Yea those look great. If you’re ever sending out any leaf cuttings let me know! You could try comparing them to the Psychotria plants on Herbalistics and try to find something close. You could also try the “Psychotria Growers Unite!” thread over on the Shroomery under the Ethnobotanical Garden. Good luck! Let’s us know if you find out.

I was confused if it was alba because all of the pictures of other alba showed wavy leaves and these are very straight and smooth. And I think the tiny plants might be nervosa.
