Fungus free ayahuasca seed growing tek please

I have difficulty with ayahuasca seed germinating , normally percentage is around  10 . I'd like to improve this please with the help of you wonderful plant protectors. Also seed I owe are going out this week sorry for delays

Usually H2O2 (peroxide) solve fungus problem.
Caapi optimum growing conditions are favorable to fungus.
